Debbie Robertson, CFM

President

Leader in Facility Management, Purchasing, and Office Administration: My background is in facility management, purchasing, real estate, project management, and office administration. I manage to improve business functions, facilities and the organization. I deliver results through cost savings, creating efficiencies, and streamlining functions through process improvement. KSA’s: Leading, coaching, and inspiring people, negotiation and innovation. Lead facility planning and forecasting to meet business goals: workplace test fits, space planning and allocation; oversee move management; site selection, real estate lease negotiation; planning through design and construction project management; operations and maintenance; overhead and capital budgets; life safety and business continuity. Develop policies and procedures for general administrative services and procurement. Lead purchasing function: RFP’s, FF&E, contract and manage services and strategic planning to support departmental and organizational goals. Planned and managed through build-out, state of the art, creative, award winning, and innovative workspace.

    When I’m not working I find myself: Enjoying time with my husband Russ and Dahlia, my Labradoodle.

    I would say my absolute favorite drink is: Puffy Muffin fruit tea and red wine – smooth, toasty, or long finish. I had to choose two!

BECCA BEASLEY ROWLAND

I’m a Kentucky girl at heart, but am proud to call Nashville, Tennessee home.  I moved to the big city on a whim.  My best friend said “Let’s go” and I said “Okay”.  It seemed like the thing to do at 25. So we loaded up our stuff in a Penske truck and headed south. I’m sure we had The Dixie Chicks “Wide Open Spaces” blaring on the radio.  This was our new adventure!  To be honest, I wasn’t sure I had made the right decision.  That all changed the day I met one special man.  Three years later, he asked me to marry him.  And so the adventure continues…

    When I’m not working I find myself: planning my next vacation.

    If I could travel to any place on earth: it would be Santorini, Greece. Ever since I saw the movie “Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants”, Santorini has been top on my list.

    A personal fact no one would ever guess about me: I am a do-it yourself wanna be. I don’t actually do it myself because I lack  the knowledge and tools, but I dream about building things, planting things and designing things. It drives my husband nuts.

Faye Ellis, CPM

Executive Director

Versatile, articulate Executive with demonstrable capacity to undertake, develop and direct business projects based upon sound goal-setting and planning. Over 45 years of Management Experience in the field of Real Estate Management and Sales. Thoroughly knowledgeable in marketing methods, developing, management and sales of both Residential and Commercial Real Estate. Experienced in the management of multi-property sites in different geographic locations.

Angel Herendeen

Angel is an Account Manager for the Brickman Group.  Her day to day responsibilities include quality site assessments, floral and renovation design work and client relations.  Angel’s background includes 9 years of Property and Facility Management experience, so partnering with Facility Management Professionals to beautify their sites was a likely fit and an easy transition.  Her favorite part of the job is working with the clients to bring their vision for their property to life.

Jennifer Cox

Secretary

As a member of our Leadership Team, I am an Account Manager for Nashville Machine Company’s Service Department and manage a wide range of accounts in many different market segments. A few of those include Class “A” Office Buildings, Industrial facilities, Medical office buildings, hospitals, Schools, Churches, Retail, and High Rise Condominiums. My primary responsibilities are new business development, small project management, Planned Maintenance Programs, maintaining relationships with our clients, and upholding our core values and mission statement.

Our mission is to provide out team members with an honest and supportive working environment where everyone can dedicate themselves to providing out clients with exceptional workmanship, superior service, and professional integrity. Our commitment and success will allow Nashville Machine Company to continue serving Middle TN as the premier mechanical contractor.

    When I’m not working I find myself: spending time with my family. We love going four wheeling on our razor out in the country where we live and also trail riding with our friends around the southeast.

Brian Anderson, CFM

Background emphasizes project leadership, negotiations, internal planning and teaming, supplier relationships, budgeting/expense control, LEED and sustainability strategies, production automation, staff management, and computerized system efficiencies. Experience leading enterprise-wide operational improvement projects is the result of business acumen/vision, organizational savvy and a friendly, positive communication/personal style
