Membership Luncheon

This training is all about a conditioned survival mindset.  It will teach employees to take ownership of their own security during an active shooter situation by being able to plan effectively and think clearly during an incident.  This presentation will also discuss potential workplace violence indicators, as you cannot predict violence, but you can certainly identify warning signs that should be reported.

Keynote Presenter

Charles Roselle

Trinity Risk Solutions

Based on nearly 2 decades of experience working at the highest levels of federal law enforcement and his work developing and implementing security platforms at a global biotech company, Charles has an exceptionally comprehensive and strategic perspective on security.

As a United States Secret Service (USSS) Special Agent, Charles planned, designed, and implemented successful security strategies for U.S. Presidents, world leaders, events of national significance, high profile physical structures, and the protection of the nation’s most critically sensitive assets.

In 2007 Charles earned a spot on the Presidential Protective Division (PPD) where he served 5 years on a permanent detail protecting President George W. Bush and President Barack Obama. In Washington, DC Charles served as the liaison between the PPD and USSS James J. Rowley Training Center where he supervised and resourced the training needs of the PPD Special Agents. Charles was also part of the Counter Surveillance Unit where he preemptively identified security vulnerabilities and implemented actionable counter measures to successfully secure high-profile Presidential events and venues.

After 16 years of public service Charles was recruited by the private sector to successfully build out the physical security platform for a global biotech company headquartered in San Diego, CA. In this role, Charles completed Vulnerability and Threat Assessments to secure all the company’s buildings and partnering entities. Charles also developed partnerships with peer corporate based security organizations and law enforcement agencies to promote information sharing and to ensure physical security best practices. He also authored and implemented the company’s workplace violence policy, maintained Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) guidelines, and provided employee training and education, including a class on active shooter preparedness.

In 2019, Charles started Trinity Risk Solutions, LLC, a Nashville based security risk management company with a focus on workplace violence prevention. He serves as the Founder and Chief Executive Officer.
