Jeff Martin, FMP

Scholarship / Education Co-Chair

I enjoy working on projects with the sense of pride of getting things done and making things better or to improve upon something that benefits my customers/employees. My experience has been to always keep learning new things, working toward continuous improvement, but have the wisdom to know and sometimes realize that “if it’s not broke, don’t fix it.” I love to network with my peers outside of my job and learn and hear what experiences that they had, what they are willing to share and provide in order to learn best practices and new ideas. Lastly, I love being challenged and probably work my best when dealing with or being hit with numerous things at one time. And maybe that is why I like project management so much, this field of work throws all kinds of things at you, some you don’t see coming!
