Rob Spiotta

Amazon

Born and raised on Long Island and educated in Philadelphia, I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration from Temple University with a concentration in Human Resources and Business Law. While my career began in legal office support, I quickly transitioned into leadership roles managing back-office operations for law firms and corporations.

Over the years, I’ve developed deep expertise in facilities and property management, with experience spanning government contracting, corporate real estate, and multi-site operations. I’ve led facilities teams for major financial institutions, including overseeing 122 offices and more than 1.8 million square feet along the Eastern Seaboard.

For the past five years, I have served as a Regional Portfolio Manager for Amazon, where I oversee more than one million square feet of corporate office space. My work focuses on operational efficiency, vendor and stakeholder management, and delivering scalable facilities solutions across a dynamic portfolio.

With a results-driven and people-focused approach, I am passionate about creating well-managed, future-ready workplaces that support organizational success.
