Mr. Patton will explore practical, cost-effective strategies facility teams can implement to improve building performance without the need for major capital investments. Attendees will learn how indoor air quality (IAQ) initiatives can support LEED certification and contribute to Indoor Environmental Quality credits, while also enhancing occupant well-being. The session will cover key topics including filtration optimization, UV-C technology, bipolar ionization and GPS-style systems, polarized media and electronic filtration, energy efficiency, labor reduction, and sustainability goals.
