| President Brad Miccio | Facility Diagnostics Brad Miccio is a seasoned facilities and infrastructure professional with more than 25 years of experience leading building operations, capital projects, and technical systems across commercial, healthcare, institutional, and municipal environments. In 2022, he transitioned from in-house facility management into consulting, bringing a hands-on operator’s perspective to Facility Condition Assessments, commissioning, energy audits, and infrastructure planning. His expertise spans heating, ventilation, and air conditioning; plumbing; electrical; and fire and life-safety systems, with a strong focus on improving building performance, reducing risk, and supporting long-term capital planning. Brad currently serves as a Project Manager with Facility Diagnostics and holds both the Certified Facility Manager and Facility Management Professional credentials. |
![]() | Vice President & Immediate Past President Bob Piece | JLL at Amazon Mr. Pierce has been a fixture in the Nashville commercial real estate industry for more than 20 years. He began his career in brokerage, specializing in industrial properties, tenant representation, and site selection. He later transitioned into property and facilities management, managing shopping centers and office assets for a boutique firm before joining JLL to oversee facilities management for Nashville’s iconic “Batman” Building. Over the course of his career, Mr. Pierce has managed assets and portfolios for organizations including Prologis, Site Centers, JLL (in both facilities and property management roles), CBRE, and Commonwealth Commercial. More recently, he served as Corporate Facilities Asset Manager for Matthews Real Estate Investment Services, overseeing lease negotiations, expansions, renewals, and associated tenant improvements across the company’s nationwide office portfolio. He subsequently served as Director of Property Management for Vastland Companies before returning to JLL to lead Facilities Management operations in Nashville on the Amazon account. Mr. Pierce earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics from Lipscomb University in Nashville. He holds an Affiliate Broker license in Tennessee and is an active member of IFMA Nashville, where he has served on the board, most recently as Chapter President, and participates in the organization’s National Retail Council. He is also a past member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), BOMA, and ULI. Outside of his professional work, Mr. Pierce serves as a reserve officer with the Williamson County Emergency Management Agency and as CERT Program Manager for Williamson County. He also assists as a coach for a local high school shooting team. In his free time, he enjoys clay target shooting and hunting. Bob and his wife, Holly, have two teenagers and a German Shorthair Pointer. |
| Vice President Shannon Warner | SERVPRO Shannon Warner brings over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate, beginning her career as a Real Estate Manager overseeing a portfolio across the Southeast. She later transitioned to the service side of the industry and currently serves as Director of Business Development for SERVPRO® of Downtown Nashville – Team Dixon. An active member of IFMA Nashville for the past eight years, Shannon is deeply committed to the organization’s mission. She values the professional development opportunities IFMA provides through relevant programs, engaging presentations, and resources such as the Facility Manager’s Emergency Preparedness Handbook from the IFMA Knowledge Library. Shannon considers it a privilege to support IFMA Nashville through sponsorships and by actively advocating for membership, helping to strengthen the community and advance the profession. |

Her expertise spans maintenance, capital improvements, and store refurbishment—delivered with precision, cross-functional collaboration, and a relentless focus on budget and timeline integrity. Myriah brings deep experience in program rollouts, department planning, process optimization, and contract negotiations across core trades including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical. She’s known for building scalable systems that support growth while preserving operational excellence. Prior to her role at TSC,Myriahheld Senior Director of Facilities Management or Procurement leadership positions with DaVita, Extra Space Storage, Burlington Coat Factory and Petco. |

| Association Executive Ashley Hendel | IFMA Nashville With a degree in Graphic Design and Design Administration from Belmont University (Nashville, TN) as well as a background in corporate and wedding event planning, Ashley is a detail-oriented and creative professional with a passionate for planning experiences, fostering connections and supporting growth strategies. At IFMA Nashville, Ashley helps execute the Board of Directors' vision and plans for the chapter while managing membership, communications, financials and social media. When not serving as the IFMA Nashville Association Executive, she enjoys attending local events and exploring new destinations with her fellow foodie husband, two little kids and their loyal dog Jax. |
