Tammy Roberts

President

I started my career as a designer, facility manager and ultimately a furniture buyer for Chrysler Motors, Inc. in Michigan. I am currently the Regional Vice President of Client Collaboration for Office Resources, Inc. ORI is the single premier Steelcase Dealer in the Nashville Market. We believe well-designed spaces can improve human performance and improve lives. We create high performing work environments by leveraging furniture, technology, architectural products and related services.
I’m currently the president of the Nashville IFMA Chapter and previously served on the Board of Trustees for IFMA.

    When I’m not working I find myself: Spending time with friends and family.

BECCA BEASLEY ROWLAND

Vice  President

I’m a Kentucky girl at heart, but am proud to call Nashville, Tennessee home.  I moved to the big city on a whim.  My best friend said “Let’s go” and I said “Okay”.  It seemed like the thing to do at 25. So we loaded up our stuff in a Penske truck and headed south. I’m sure we had The Dixie Chicks “Wide Open Spaces” blaring on the radio.  This was our new adventure!  To be honest, I wasn’t sure I had made the right decision.  That all changed the day I met one special man.  Three years later, he asked me to marry him.  And so the adventure continues…

    When I’m not working I find myself: planning my next vacation.

    If I could travel to any place on earth: it would be Santorini, Greece. Ever since I saw the movie “Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants”, Santorini has been top on my list.

    A personal fact no one would ever guess about me: I am a do-it yourself wanna be. I don’t actually do it myself because I lack  the knowledge and tools, but I dream about building things, planting things and designing things. It drives my husband nuts.

Faye Ellis, CPM

Executive Director

Versatile, articulate Executive with demonstrable capacity to undertake, develop and direct business projects based upon sound goal-setting and planning. Over 45 years of Management Experience in the field of Real Estate Management and Sales. Thoroughly knowledgeable in marketing methods, developing, management and sales of both Residential and Commercial Real Estate. Experienced in the management of multi-property sites in different geographic locations.

Angel Herendeen

Angel is an Account Manager for the Brickman Group.  Her day to day responsibilities include quality site assessments, floral and renovation design work and client relations.  Angel’s background includes 9 years of Property and Facility Management experience, so partnering with Facility Management Professionals to beautify their sites was a likely fit and an easy transition.  Her favorite part of the job is working with the clients to bring their vision for their property to life.

Julie Morgan

Secretary

Julie serves as a strategic partner for Trane Service Solutions. Her day-to-day responsibilities include partnering with facility managers to understand their needs, find solutions, and turn their buildings into an asset and work for them. Julie’s background includes 11 years of Property Management experience, so collaborating with Facility Management to move beyond their expectations to bring positive results is her favorite part of the job.

Julie is married to an active duty service member stationed at Fort Campbell and together they have 3 kids. She is from Texas, but lived in Oklahoma, Colorado, California and hope to call Tennessee their forever home!

    When I’m not working I find myself: Involved with my church or with kids for their travel soccer team or lacrosse team. (Yup, I am officially a “Soccer Mom”)

    A personal fact no one would ever guess about me: I am a pretty open book, but maybe my love of riding Harleys. I grew up riding with my dad on his 1976 Shovelhead and now ride with my husband on our own.

Brian Anderson, CFM

Imediate Past President

Multi-faceted Facility Management Leader with balanced strengths in Operations and Design/Construction. Excels at meeting the complex, multi-site/multi-use demands of rapidly growing organizations, incorporating strategies to maximize space utilization, operating efficiencies and employee productivity. Background emphasizes project leadership, negotiations, internal planning and teaming, supplier relationships, budgeting/expense control, LEED and sustainability strategies, production automation, staff management, and computerized system efficiencies. Experience leading enterprise-wide operational improvement projects is the result of business acumen/vision, organizational savvy and a friendly, positive communication/personal style
